Overview
All apparel products at THARVI are handcrafted and made on order. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 24–48 hours of delivery only in cases of damage, defect, or receiving an incorrect item. As each product is made on order, returns for refund are not eligible unless the delivered item is faulty.
All accessories (dupattas, stoles, and add-ons) are also made on order and can only be returned or exchanged within 24–48 hours if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect. These products are not eligible for refunds due to their made-to-order nature.
Customized, altered, and made-to-measure products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Products purchased during sales, festive offers, or clearance promotions are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging at the time of return approval. Products that show any signs of wear, fragrance, stains, or alterations will not qualify for return or exchange.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video as proof. THARVI is not responsible for damages caused after the product has been used or mishandled.
All approved returns will be compensated via store credit with lifetime validity, which can be used for future purchases. Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not available for a defective or incorrect item.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customized and sale items cannot be cancelled at any stage.
