7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets our eligibility requirements.

Unused & Original Condition

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Original Packaging

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe handling and verification.

Within 7 Days

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of Purchase

A valid order confirmation, invoice, or receipt is required for all return and exchange requests.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or personalized crochet products

• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless received damaged or incorrect

• Gift cards or complimentary gifts included with an order

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us

Email our support team with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

2. Approval & Instructions

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.

3. Package the Product

Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your order details.

4. Ship the Return

Send the package using a reliable courier service. We recommend keeping the tracking information until the process is completed.

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement subject to product availability.

For personalized or custom crochet orders, exchanges are only available if the item arrives damaged or differs significantly from the approved design.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• Brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide the best possible resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Bulk & Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of bulk, event, and custom-made crochet orders, these purchases are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
