Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Full payment must be completed before order processing begins.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made and personalized crochet products are created specifically for you. Therefore, once production has started, such orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details when placing an order.
Shipping & Delivery
We carefully prepare and package every order before dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and shipping location.
While we work with trusted delivery partners, Tharvi is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

• Custom or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless damaged or incorrectly made.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
