1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on most pin codes within India.
For international orders, only prepaid payments are accepted.
2. How long does delivery take?
India: Orders are dispatched in 2–5 business days and delivered within 3–8 working days after dispatch.
International: Delivery timelines vary by country, typically 7–15 working days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can click the link anytime to check real-time delivery updates.
4. Do you accept returns or replacements?
We offer replacement only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
A claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/video proof.
International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
5. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Refunds are not available for size or preference issues.
Cancellations can only be made before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped (domestic or international), cancellation is not possible.
6. Do the product colors look exactly like the photos?
We try to display colors as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
Handcrafted pieces may have minor natural differences, making each item unique.

Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.

If your order arrives damaged or tampered, please share a clear unboxing video and photos within 48 hours.
After review, we will arrange a replacement for eligible domestic orders.
11. Is COD available on sale products?
Yes, COD is available unless specified otherwise on promotional or clearance items.
COD is not available for international orders.
